What We Expect From Our Patients:
- To give at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment
- To treat our staff courteously, as they will do their best to help meet your needs
- To keep us informed of any changes to your personal and medical details
- Follow advice provided for your own oral health
- Ask for information if you do not understand what you have been told
- Pay our fees when required to do so in respect of our payment policy
